Data Deletion Instructions

Effective September 7, 2026

You may ask Window Kings LLC to delete personal information you submitted through a Window Kings Facebook or Instagram Instant Form, the Window Kings SC estimate funnel, or related appointment communications.

Submit a deletion request

Email james@windowkingsil.com with the subject line Window Kings data deletion request. Include your name and the email address or telephone number used on the form so we can locate the correct record. Do not send passwords, access tokens, financial information, or government identification by email.

What happens next

We may contact you using information already associated with the record to verify that you are the person who submitted the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the applicable lead, project, uploaded-photo, appointment, and communication records unless retention is required for an active customer relationship, legal obligation, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

We will acknowledge the request and provide an outcome within a reasonable period. If we cannot delete a specific record, we will explain the applicable reason.
