Window Kings LLC (“Window Kings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects information that you provide when requesting a screen porch estimate, including your name, telephone number, email address, property address, project information, uploaded photos, appointment details, and communication consent.
How we use information
We use this information to evaluate your project, contact you about your request, schedule and manage appointments, provide appointment confirmations and reminders, prepare estimates, maintain customer records, and operate and improve our services.
Funnel and advertising measurement
We use first-party funnel analytics to understand visits, completed steps, abandonment, qualification outcomes, scheduling, and campaign attribution. These events use an anonymous session identifier and may include source, UTM parameters, Meta click and browser identifiers, current funnel step, qualification status, and timestamps. Analytics events do not store names, contact details, property addresses, project answers, or uploaded photos.
We also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance. Meta may receive browser and device information, page activity, and campaign identifiers in accordance with its own privacy terms. We do not send project answers, appointment details, phone numbers, or email addresses through the Pixel.
Mobile information and messaging consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers that help us deliver requested communications or operate our services, but only as necessary to perform those services. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing.
If you consent to SMS messages, message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Withdrawing SMS consent does not cancel an appointment and does not prevent email messages when email consent remains active.
Service providers and legal requirements
We may use service providers for hosting, scheduling, calendar synchronization, text messaging, email delivery, advertising measurement, and file storage. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. These uses do not permit independent marketing with your mobile information.
Data retention and security
Lead and project-photo information is generally retained for 24 months after the last customer activity unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship, legal obligation, or dispute. Authorized administrators can delete records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to an SMS to withdraw SMS consent. You may contact Window Kings to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational requirements. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request process.
